DO YOU PROVIDE
ANY REFUND?
1. Training & Short Courses
Full Refund: If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
Partial Refund (50%): If cancellation is requested 3–6 days before the course.
No Refund: If cancellation is within 48 hours of the course or after it has started.
Substitution Option: You may nominate another participant at no extra cost before the course begins.
2. Consulting & Research Services
Initial deposit is non-refundable once the project scope is agreed upon and work has started.
If services are terminated mid-project by the client, refund of unused hurs (if applicable) will be reviewed case-by-case.
3. Technical Failure/Trainer Cancellation
100% refund or full rescheduling at no additional cost if GARDI cancels or postpones a session due to internal issues.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@gardi.org.zw.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
